About Dusan
I'm Dusan Nguyen — a founder and builder with hands-on experience across software development, product building, and business operations. My strength is taking an idea from concept all the way to a shipped, working product that real people and businesses use.
On the technical side, I've worked across the full stack: frontend, backend, mobile apps, cloud and servers, automation, e-commerce systems, and AI tooling. I'm comfortable architecting a system, building it, deploying it, and keeping it running.
But I've never seen myself as just a developer. I think like an operator — about the product, the customer, the cost, and the path to revenue. That's what led me to expand beyond software into 3D printing manufacturing, consumer products, real estate technology, and new startup ventures.
Today I focus on building practical products, scalable systems, and long-term business opportunities — and on partnering with clients, investors, and collaborators who want to build something real.

How I've built.
Software & Product
Started by building software end to end — frontend, backend, mobile, cloud, and automation. Shipping real products taught me that engineering is only half the work; the other half is making it useful and operable.
From Builder to Founder
Moved from building for others to building ventures of my own — owning the product, the operations, and the outcome. Idea, execution, and shipping became one continuous loop.
Manufacturing & Products
Expanded into 3D printing manufacturing (3DLuxi) and consumer products (charm & jewelry) — learning sourcing, production workflow, and fulfillment as hands-on operations.
Platforms & Scale
Now building real estate technology (BDS8D) and AI-powered tools — turning services into scalable products and long-term business opportunities with partners and investors.
